Swap & Shop is on from 10:05-11:00 AM, Monday- Saturday. There are 3 ways that you put your item on the program:

1. You can call in from 10:05-11:00 AM.

2. You can mail the item to: WLNG P.O. Box 2000 Sag Harbor, NY 11963  ATT: Swap & Shop

3. You can email the item to:  info@wlng.com ATT: Swap & Shop

                   If you mail in or email your Swap & Shop item(s), it will be aired 3 consecutive days.

In submitting your item, you will need to do the following...

1. include a telephone
2. you are allowed to submit no more than 3 items at a time
